Prior to conducting surveillance investigations we initiate an intelligence investigation in order to confirm initial information provided, obtain neighborhood scans which allow us to determine if family members live in the same neighborhood, and determine if there are civil and criminal records existing. Intelligence gathering is used before, during and after the investigation.
